The BCS Ratna Awards are bestowed annually by Aavishkar Media Group to give recognition and contribution of personalities from the Broadcasting, Digital Media, Content, Distribution, Technology, DTH, & CATV Industry by honoring them.

Launched in 2010, BCS Ratna Awards is India's B&CS industry's most significant and celebrated event and has become the most awaited and regular social event which has already completed its eight splendid journeys. The awards also recognize the hard work & immense effort put up by the industry people for delivering 24×7 services & content to 183 million households having TV sets, through multiple distribution platforms. Determined by an expert panel of judges from the industry, the results are tabulated and audited — winners are announced only during the Awards Ceremony and Gala Evening. The Awards comprise over 6 categories & represent the industry's foremost recognition, enjoying the support of every major industry player throughout the region.
